Investing in neighborhood solutions, led by people closest to the work

The Pinellas Community Foundation Social Opportunity Works (SOW) Fund helps small, community-anchored nonprofits advance access and opportunity across Pinellas County.

About the fund

Flexible funding, paired with practical support

SOW strengthens youth opportunity, arts and culture, health access, and community resilience in neighborhoods long affected by underinvestment.

Since launch, SOW has paired capacity-building support with financial awards to organizations serving historically excluded communities.

SOW supports nonprofit organizations only. PCF is not able to provide assistance to individuals through this fund.
